Attorney Deanna M. Georgenes is a lifelong resident of Boston, Massachusetts.  She has been practicing law in the Greater Boston area and throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2010.  She is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She concentrates her law practice in Trust and Estate Planning, Elder Law/Medicaid Planning, Probate/Estate Administration, Divorce and Family Law; Tax Law and Residential Real Estate Law.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts.  Attorney Georgenes has a Certificate in Trust and Estate Planning from the Foundation for Continuing Education in Massachusetts.  She is also a certified Collaborative Law Practice Attorney. Throughout her law career she has also been a dedicated Pro Bono Attorney for The Elder Law Project (ELP) of the Women's Bar Foundation; the Medical-Legal Partnership of Boston (MLP); the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at the Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS); Metro West Legal Services (MWLS); and the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) of the Boston Bar Association.
